Traditional massage


The traditional massage is a full body massage. It also includes various elements of reflexology, yoga and acupressure. The stretching and movement exercises thoroughly loosen and stretch muscles and joints. With the help of finger pressure to elbows, palms or knees, the massage is performed through stroking, kneading and circular motion. This massage is an active movement therapy that works with full physical effort.

The various yoga postures that you take during the massage have a correspondingly positive impact on healthy posture and stimulate the regeneration of different areas of the body. In doing so, you only have to perform the movements passively. This massage provides new vital energy and stimulates lymphatic flow. With many people, it achieves stimulation of their self-healing powers as well as stimulation and strengthening of internal organs.

There are several energy pathways that flow through the human body. These main meridians start near the belly button and pass through the body in different directions. With this form of massage, deep pressure is exerted along the course of these energy pathways and also to certain reflex points, to free you from blockages. This improves blood circulation, oxygenation and relaxes the muscles.

The traditional massage is especially recommended for physical illnesses such as muscle tension, hardening, restricted mobility, headaches, back and neck pain; but also for general discomfort, sleeping disorders, migraines, exhaustion and stress symptoms.
